The true spring of youth! When you are old, you should conduct resistance training: put high requirements on your body

Physiologist Marcas Bamman has been studying the aging proposal for decades and is fully committed to promoting the weight-resistance of anti-aging. He believes that resistance training is a true spring of youth and recommends that people over 60 go to the gym to find a coach.

Barman obtained a doctorate degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He said that as he grew older, his strength, flexibility and endurance had decreased mainly because there were too few requirements for his body.

Barman suggests consulting professionals to ensure that they do not have any health problems and are not allowed to undergo training. After that, you can start looking for a suitable gym. Finding professional coaches and correct actions is the best strategy.

Barman admitted that the teaching certification system is not strict, and sometimes it can easily get certification by paying $50 online, resulting in a varied quality of teaching, and it is not easy to find a good teaching.

Barman recommends two resistance trainings a week, preferably the next day; and there must be 10 exercises, each action repeated 10 times; each 10 repetitions is a round, a total of three rounds, and the next action will continue after three rounds. Most people will find that they will be able to achieve the limit on the tenth repetition, but if they can do it 10 more times, they need to increase resistance.

Barman recommends matching free weight equipment such as calves to improve efficiency.

Warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before conducting resistance training to promote blood circulation. Baman said that some people sit on the equipment for a round of training, but the mobile phone should be constantly moving after three or four minutes.

Resistance training can fight bone aversion, and women may benefit more than men.

Barman said that muscle strength training is very important for both men and women, and the reaction ability is gender-free, and it will improve after training.

Barman said that the body needs work and will be lost without it; he warned people not to be tolerant of themselves. The human body operates according to needs. If the body has only low demand for the body for a long time, the body will be suitable for low demand, and will lose muscle strength and become weaker. Relatively, if high requirements are put on the human body, the body must find a way to meet these high requirements, with stronger bones and stronger muscles, and resistance training is to put on high demands on the body.

Barman used space flight or long-term bedding as an example to illustrate that the body quickly loses strength and ages; he saw resistance training had a positive impact on people in their 70s and 80s, and even those in their 90s.
