According to BBC reporter Kinsella, Muderick is not going to participate in track and field competitions at the Los Angeles Olympics, and he is currently trained by a private football coach to stay in shape.
Previously, according to the Marca newspaper, Muderick is training with the Ukrainian national track and field team and hopes to participate in the Olympic track and field events. According to reports, Muderick's last public appearance came after Chelsea beat Real Betis 4-1 to watch the game as a private person. He attended the team's celebration party at the hotel.
Since then, Muderick has remained in London, but he has been unable to compete or even train with his teammates. As a devout Orthodox, he often went to churches and those around him insisted that he was in good physical and mental health.
He is currently training alone with a personal trainer in a private facility, and his team believes he can do his best to minimize the damage to his career. Chelsea is following his progress, but due to the suspension terms, he has extremely limited access to clubs, facilities and teammates.
During a routine doping test in March, Muderick was confirmed by the English Football Association to detect banned substances. He never played for Chelsea again since.
Mudric's last appearance for Chelsea was on November 28, 2024, and he did not play as a substitute in the league against Aston Villa three days later. The club is expected to wait until the case results come out before commenting.
