According to reporter Ben Jacobs, Parma defender Leoni's transfer to Liverpool is expected to be completed within 24 hours.
Ben Jacobs wrote on social media: "Leoni flew to Liverpool this morning (local time) and he is expected to complete the transfer within 24 hours, with a cost of £26 million."
"The deal should be completed by Friday, and the bonus is not an important part of the entire transfer plan."
