According to Le Marca, Xavi Grae rejected Valencia's contract renewal offer, and Manchester United is preparing to offer 25 million euros.

Xavi Gray has decided to reject the renewal offer submitted by the Valencia club to him less than a week ago. The players themselves and their agent team, after calm assessments, believed that the proposal failed to meet their expectations and they were still waiting for Valencia to provide better conditions. Meanwhile, Manchester United has not given up on the attention of the player and is still operating in secret, hoping to bring it to the Premier League.

Valencia is currently facing four contract renewal negotiations, the most complicated of which is Xavi Gra, due to his outstanding personal abilities.

The first person to explicitly refuse to renew his contract and leave the team was Mosquera, who has officially joined Arsenal. As for Gra, the club has promised to build new competitive projects around him, but the current contract offer is still insufficient, and its team has informed the new CEO Gurray of this attitude.

Valencia hopes to earn at least 20 million euros through Gra's transfer. Considering that Villarreal has 30% of the player's economic interests, the actual offer will be more than 27 million euros. Manchester United is currently ready to bid 25 million euros, so the negotiations between the two sides are expected to make progress.

In fact, Xavi Gra's refusal to renew his contract is exactly the same as the other two youth training players. Diego Lopez also said Valencia's offer was not ideal, while Tarega hoped to consider renewal only after modifying some terms in the contract.

As of the end of July, Moscrat had left the team, and the club originally hoped that coach Koberan would use these three youth training players as the core foundation of the new season, but at present they all rejected Valencia's first-round contract renewal plan proposed.
